On a different note Governor Walker is now turning his focus on apprentices. Apprenticeships are recognized as the largest single source of post-secondary education in the United States. Walker Executive Order #18 suspend rules that encouraged contractors on state projects to employ construction apprentices. This is just another way to prove what Walker's real agenda is, to bust unions anyway possible. Even if it means hurting the state of Wisconsin.
