My name is Justin and this blog is to help everyone know what can be done to better your work place. Also I will give you general facts that you can use or see what you are missing out on. I have been in a Union for 6 years. Before I got in the trade I worked for unorganized places. The working conditions I had were long hours for little pay and no health insurance or other benefits. So my mission is to pass on the information that I know to help anyone I can to better their working conditions. With the way that times are now we need to keep our wages and all of our benefits.
